Are you reliable, professional, and able to remain calm under pressure? South Hampshire College Group is looking to recruit Bank Invigilators to support the delivery of examinations throughout the academic year.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work and who can help ensure examinations are conducted fairly, securely, and in accordance with examination regulations.

No previous invigilation experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Duties

As a Bank Invigilator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and security of the examination process. Working in line with Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ), awarding body, and College regulations, you will:

• Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of examinations and remain until all examination materials have been reconciled.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure candidates are seated correctly.
• Conduct examinations in accordance with JCQ, awarding body, and College regulations.
• Maintain a calm, professional, and supportive environment for candidates.
• Monitor candidates throughout examinations and remain vigilant to prevent breaches of regulations.
• Ensure the security of examination papers and materials before, during, and after examinations.
