Foundation Learning Lecturer

Working within our Foundation Learning provision, you will deliver engaging and inclusive learning programmes that support students with a range of abilities and educational needs.

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet a variety of learner needs and abilities. Support students in developing employability, personal, social and independent living skills. Monitor learner progress and provide timely feedback and support. Create an inclusive and positive learning environment that promotes student achievement and wellbeing.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, parents/carers, and external agencies where appropriate. Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement activities. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who:
Holds a relevant degree, vocational qualification, or equivalent professional experience. Has experience teaching or supporting learners with additional needs, SEND, or Foundation Learning students. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is passionate about learner success and inclusive education. Holds a recognised teaching qualification or is willing to work towards one. Demonstrates strong organisational and classroom management skills.
