St George Catholic College in Southampton is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to support vulnerable students with pastoral interventions and wellbeing. You will work with the Pastoral team to identify needs and liaise with external agencies to ensure timely support for students and their families.
The role includes coordinating tutor team notices, providing emotional and practical assistance, and referring more serious incidents to Progress Leaders and the Senior Leadership Team.
