Solar O&M Technician

Responsibilities and duties of the Technical Control Centre Team Lead role Reporting to the O&M Manager you will:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance across utility-scale solar PV sites Diagnose and repair faults on solar PV systems, electrical equipment and associated infrastructure Respond to reactive maintenance callouts to minimise site downtime Complete scheduled inspections and ensure sites remain compliant with health and safety standards Produce accurate maintenance reports and record all completed work Identify opportunities to improve system performance and site reliability Assist with the commissioning of new solar PV installations Ensure compliance with all company Health, Safety and Environmental policies Other duties as required Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification would be advantageous Experience maintaining, troubleshooting or commissioning electrical systems Previous experience within utility-scale or commercial solar PV would be beneficial Personal skills The Solar O&M Technician Role would suit someone who is:
