We are seeking a Field Service Engineer with a background in IT Support, Desktop Support, AV Engineering, Telecoms, or Photography, to join an industry‑leading company recognized worldwide. The role involves technical installation, maintenance, and repair of instant imaging machinery, along with client liaison and detailed technical documentation. The position requires frequent travel nationwide and occasionally worldwide.

• Installation, preparation and set up of instant imaging machinery.
• Troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of the machinery.
• Keeping accurate technical documentation of projects.
• Client, customer and interdepartmental liaison.
• Working autonomously with regular travel nationwide and worldwide.

• Background within IT Support, Desktop Support, AV Engineering, Telecoms, Photography, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems (preferred).
• Full, valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills.
