Location: Hamble-le-Rice
Overview
Manufacturing / Process Transfer Engineer. Outside IR35 | Up to £45/hr | Contract to Dec 2026. Long-term Outside IR35 opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing / Process Transfer Engineer supporting a major equipment and process transfer within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Maintain production output during site transfer
- Lead equipment relocation, qualification & re-installation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Support PFMEAs, work instructions & process documentation
- Troubleshoot lasers, optics & precision assemblies
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, Quality & Supply Chain
- Manufacturing/Process Engineering background (laser, optics, photonics, precision assembly)
- Strong hands-on problem solving (mechanical / optical / electro-mechanical)
- Experience managing complex transfers under tight timelines
- Rate:
Up to £45 per hour - IR35:
Outside - Duration:
Long-term (to end of 2026)
