Location: Hampshire

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Pro Rata)

Contract: Fixed Term Contract to December 2026

Our client designs and manufactures high-performance fibre optic laser systems used in biotechnology and semiconductor industries. Due to continued growth, they need an Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator to lead from the front and embed best-in-class safety standards across the site.

• Leading and driving the site-wide H&S strategy
• Ensuring full compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation
• Identifying, assessing and controlling workplace risks
• Conducting audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Advising and influencing management on HASAWA and related regulations
• Promoting a proactive, safety-first culture

• HNC / Degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
• Experience in a Health & Safety role within manufacturing or engineering
• Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation
• Confidence to challenge, influence and implement change
