Bilfinger UK are looking for an HSE Advisor to join us at Fawley on a full time permanent basis

• Review and manage HSE Legal and contractual duties for the contract.
• Produce clear reporting on adherence to legal and procedural compliance
• Manage ISO structure including Risk and opportunities, stakeholder analysis aspects and impacts
• Implement and achieve Risk based audit regimes.
• Liaise with client representatives relating to HSE matters
• Develop data driven improvement objectives
• Effectively cooperate and communicate with stakeholders including management employees, regulatory authorities and clients
• Support Operational leadership in defining and monitoring roles and responsibilities relating HSE
• Undertake RCA based investigation of workplace incidents
• Conduct and report upon HSE Inspections
• Promote the use of B-UK proactive safety tools
• Support in the employee induction process
• Develop and participate in delivery of TBT/ HSEQ communications
