Junior Civil Structural Engineer
Location:
Southampton outskirts
Salary: £28k-£33k plus benefits.
OverviewWe are a small, friendly firm seeking a graduate or early-career engineer to join our team, working on a diverse portfolio ranging from small domestic schemes to larger commercial developments.
Responsibilities- Work with senior team members to assess and understand project requirements.
- Undertake civil engineering designs and prepare documents and reports.
- Collaborate across the team to support project delivery.
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for engineering and desire to succeed.
- Desirable:
Experience with AutoCAD, Master Series, Tedds (training provided).
- Supportive training and development.
- Opportunity to work closely with directors and experienced practitioners.
- Career progression within a small practice.
