Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer — Hybrid & CPD Path

Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer – Southampton, UK

RSK Geosciences, an RSK Group company, is recruiting a full‑time, permanent Senior Geo‑Environmental Engineer to join our team in Southampton, UK.

• Designing and managing geo‑environmental and geotechnical ground investigation and interpretative projects for external clients and other teams within RSK.
• Conducting soil and rock logging to current geotechnical standards, including laboratory scheduling.
• Preparing Health & Safety plans and RAMS.
• Preparing Remediation Strategies, including verification works on site.
• Establishing and developing strong working relationships with new and existing clients.
• Providing technical leadership in the day‑to‑day delivery of projects.

• BEng, BSc or equivalent in Civil, Geology or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Further degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnics or Environmental Science desirable.
• Registration with a suitable professional body and Chartered status (e.g., Geol Soc, CIWEM, ICE).
• Significant and demonstrable experience of geotechnical and geo‑environmental investigations and reporting.
• Demonstrable experience in preparing Geotechnical and Geo‑environmental Preliminary reports.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
