This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing business and help deliver projects from concept through to installation and operation
. It is well suited to someone with a few years of relevant experience who brings strong technical understanding
, good stakeholder and relationship management skills, and the potential to grow with the business.

Key Requirements
  • Degree or technical qualification in engineering
    , marine
    , manufacturing
    , or similar
  • Relevant experience in project management
    , project coordination
    , engineering
    , or a manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to work credibly with engineering teams
  • Good stakeholder management and strong relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to help deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Strong organisational ability and structured thinking
  • Comfortable working with engineers
    , suppliers
    , and shipyards
  • Shipping knowledge would be a strong advantage
Role & Responsibilities
  • Help deliver projects from concept through to installation and operation
  • Coordinate engineering
    , suppliers
    , and internal teams to deliver milestones
  • Build practical project plans
    , timelines, budgets, and progress updates
  • Ensure actions are closed quickly and projects keep moving
  • Identify risks
    , resolve issues, and elevate where needed
  • Support delivery across manufacturing
    , supplier
    , and shipyard activities
  • Help ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
