Systems Engineering Manager

Copello have partnered with an established engineering manager based in Whiteley, in the recruitment of a Systems Engineering Manager.

The SEM is responsible for directing the systems engineering functions to deliver technically compliant solutions, facilitating the overall solution delivery on time/budget and to the required consistency and quality.

Person Specification:

* The role will require significant stakeholder relationship skills in a co-working environment with partner organisations and suppliers.

* Strong customer focus and dedication to teamwork and exceptional standards of delivery.

* The ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner promoting the flow of information needed to be successful, building commitment and enthusiasm.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex matters to other technical and non-technical audiences in a compelling manner.

* The ability to work proactively, within a defined framework, with a minimum of direct supervision, highly motivated in the discharge of responsibilities and accountabilities.

This role comes with a great benefits package and a salary of £65K-£75K and would be well suited to a senior systems engineer looking for the next step in their career.
