- Produce technical documentation
- HNC or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Wireless Communications, or High‑Frequency Technology
- RF test proficiency
- 5G/6G knowledge
- Automation experience
- System level thinking
- Technical communication
- Python development
- Problem solving
- Industry automation tools (desirable)
- Customer requirement analysis (desirable)
- RF design/test methods (desirable)
