Our client is a well-respected and growing engineering consultancy based near Southampton, seeking a Civil Engineer to join their expanding infrastructure team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer with at least three years' UK consultancy experience who is looking to develop their career within a business that offers genuine progression opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and an excellent benefits package.

• Play a key role in the delivery of a wide range of residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
• Work closely with fellow engineers, technicians, clients, and external consultants.
• Design drainage, highways, and external works infrastructure schemes from concept through to construction.

• Strong background in UK development infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software including Info Drainage, Civil 3D, Flow, and AutoCAD.
• Experience producing drainage strategies, flood risk assessments, earthworks designs, and Section 38, Section 104, and Section 278 designs is highly advantageous.
• Sound understanding of current UK design standards and approval processes.
