Ganymede Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced heavy engineering professional to step into a Team Leader role within our rail sector. The role combines technical hands-on work with day-to-day coordination of a skilled engineering team to meet safety, quality and performance targets.
You will lead, plan and allocate resources, work alongside the team on maintenance, inspection, fault-finding and repair of freight wagons, and provide clear updates to senior management and stakeholders.
