Job  Join a leading space and satellite communications company based in Farnborough on a  hybrid working model.

This innovative space technology business is developing next-generation satellite payload and communications platforms, delivering high-performance solutions for global connectivity. The team are now looking for an Embedded Software Test & Validation Engineer to support the system-level testing and validation of advanced baseband and antenna products.

You’ll work closely with software, hardware and RF teams to define test strategies, investigate system-level issues and help drive product quality across complex embedded platforms.

For this Embedded Software Test & Validation Engineer role, we are looking for someone with:

Experience testing embedded systems

Ability to develop and execute system test plans

Strong Python experience for test automation platforms

Familiarity with automation frameworks and CI tools (e.g. Jenkins, Docker)
Experience using hardware test equipment

Ideally, knowledge of RF fundamentals or satellite/communications systems
