MEP Quantity Surveyor

MEP Specialist Quantity Surveyor | North West London | 4-Day Week Looking to step into a high-impact role on a major infrastructure project?

We’re seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead on complex MEP packages within a secure, technically challenging environment. This is a great opportunity to work on nationally significant projects while benefiting from a progressive 4-day working week.

What you’ll be doing :

• Leading commercial management from pre-construction through to final account

• Managing procurement, tendering, and subcontractor selection

• Overseeing valuations, variations, and cost reporting

• Driving cost efficiency and value engineering

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or similar)

• Experience delivering MEP packages

• Proficient in CostX and Excel

• Solid understanding of NEC, JCT, or similar contracts
