DAF Vehicle Parts Advisor – Southampton

Apply for the DAF Vehicle Parts Advisor Apprentice role at Adams Morey Ltd., a leading dealer within the Greenhous Group operating 14 sites across the South Coast and South West of England.

As a full-time apprentice you will support the dealership in all aspects of parts management and customer service, working with both customers and workshop staff. You will gain hands-on experience with computerised stock systems and ECAT, and develop the skills needed to progress to a career in the automotive industry.

• Handle, store and receive parts, ensuring safe storage and accurate stock records.
• Process customer enquiries and orders, providing excellent service over the phone and face-to-face.
• Identify, source and order parts and work in partnership with workshop staff and customers.
• Use ECAT and other computerised stock management systems.
• Support dealership sales and customer service goals.

Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard in Customer Service Specialist.

• Support network: an advisor visits at least every four weeks.
• Training: classroom visits to a bespoke college academy and VRQ in the parts industry.

Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with occasional Saturdays as required.
