Are you an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst with a strong track record delivering actionable insights and improving financial planning processes?
FP&A Analyst – 12-Month FTC (Potential to Go Permanent)
Hybrid – Southampton (1–2 days onsite per week)
We’re looking for someone to drive transformation in financial planning, including supporting the implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance forecasting accuracy and streamline budgeting.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain robust financial models
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Collaborate with finance and business leadership to embed process improvements
- Play a key role in Workday Adaptive Planning adoption
What we’re looking for:
- FP&A experience in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver insights that influence decisions
