We are looking for an experienced client service associate to join our growing team.

You will be required to work across the team with our chartered advisers and wider client service team to deliver an exceptional client experience and an efficient support model across the business.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced client service associate to join our dynamic and growing team. You will be required to work across the team with our chartered advisers and wider client service team to deliver an exceptional client experience and an efficient support model across the business.

Your Credentials

Experience is essential due to the sophisticated nature of the advice areas in which our advisers operate. Responsibilities would include:

  • Client focused and passionate about service delivery
  • Onboarding and documentation of new clients
  • Maintain existing client relationships including managing inquiries/requests and ensuring client documentation is up to date
  • Support of Financial Advisers daily practices
  • Preparation of materials for client meetings including financial reports
  • General administrative functions associated with Financial Advisers & Wealth Management

Key qualities would include:

  • Minimum two years industry experience preferred
  • Effective communicator and excellent client service skills
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office
  • Analytical and detail orientated
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage time efficiently
  • Strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile
