Hours of work are 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 - 16:00 Friday (With 30 minutes for lunch)
* To process the monthly payroll to a strict deadline ensuring accuracy.
* Dealing with starters and leavers, liaising with HMRC and all issues within the payroll function.
* Maintaining HR files including holiday and absence records.
* Maintaining and updating Customer records.
* Collecting monies from customers, dealing with queries and sending statements on a regular basis.
* To work as part of the Finance Team to provide support, when and where required, across all areas.
The Requirements.
* Experience of Sage Payroll is a necessity.
* The successful applicant will need to be flexible, have good communication skills and a high standard of financial literacy.
* The ability to work as a team member is essential.
* Computer literacy with Microsoft packages is necessary. Use will also be made of the company’s integrated CRM, Microsoft Dynamics. Training will be given as required.
