- Manage reviews, updates and delivery of platform operations forms and customer literature, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Act as the main point of contact for all Forms and Literature relating to Platform Operations.
- Apply root‑cause analysis and feedback to identify improvements that enhance customer outcomes.
- Keep customer materials aligned with product, regulatory, operational and process changes.
- Use best practice, including behavioural science, to increase clarity and effectiveness of documents.
- Plan and manage changes to forms, coordinating with marketing, readiness activity and business needs.
- Lead projects and delivery activity, tracking progress, reporting updates and resolving risks or issues.
- Support creation, review, proofreading and approval of materials to keep delivery on schedule.
- Ensure all documents meet customer, brand and regulatory standards.
- Share new or updated materials with relevant teams following established processes to minimise errors.
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolve queries and facilitate informed decisions.
- Experience in marketing, financial services, operations or customer communications.
- Knowledge of investment or retirement products, customer‑facing roles or internal operations processes.
- Understanding of financial promotions or regulatory requirements such as FATCA and CASS.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
- Ability to influence decisions, build positive relationships and work collaboratively.
- Proactive problem‑solving with a focus on continuous improvement and better customer outcomes.
- Capacity to work independently, manage priorities and recognise when to escalade risks or issues.
- Curiosity, integrity and a willingness to keep learning.
- Holiday entitlement: 182 hours (26 days).
