Quilter is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join the COO – Business Risk team in Southampton. The role embeds enterprise risk management frameworks, supports governance, risk and regulatory reporting, and helps promote a positive risk culture across the function.
You will work in a hybrid setting (2–3 days in the office) within a financial services environment, liaising with 2nd line, internal audit and external partners to strengthen controls and improve outcomes.
