The firm works closely with business owners and directors atall stages of their journey – from start-up and growth through to successionand exit strategies – while also advising on personal financial and taxplanning to provide long-term security and peace of mind.
As a key member of the tax team, the Corporate Tax Senior Manager will lead the corporate tax compliance service, manage the corporate tax team, and deliver awide range of advisory projects.
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the preparation of corporate tax returns, alongside other compliance processes such as ATED, ERS, EMI, andEIS.
  • Review corporate tax computations prepared by junior team members.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support the development of junior staff across both the tax team and wider practice.
  • Deliver assignments such as corporate restructuring, share scheme design and implementation, tax clearances, transfer pricingreviews, CIR calculations, PAYE reviews, tax due diligence, technical queries, and R&D claims.
Requirements
  • Alignment with the firm’s values.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio.
  • Minimum3 years’ experience in corporate tax within practice.
  • Line management and proven staff development experience.
  • Advisory and tax planning exposure, with an understanding of personal tax and IHTin business structures.
  • Working knowledge of VAT and PAYE.
