Competitive (Dependent on Experience) Job Type: [Permanent / Fixed-Term – amend as needed] The Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Business Finance Provider operating across the UK, offering a supportive and professional working environment. This role is suited to an experienced Collections professional within financial services , with a strong background in early-stage arrears management .

The Role Manage a portfolio of mid-stage arrears cases (60-90 days) Work proactively to bring accounts back into good standing Build strong relationships with customers to ensure prompt and sustainable repayment Apply late payment interest where applicable Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate payment allocation Carry out general collections administration Ensure all activity is conducted in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services collections Proven experience handling early-stage arrears Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage workload effectively and meet targets Confident decision-maker with a proactive approach Comfortable working independently and within a team Good Excel skills

Experience with in asset finance environments is advantageous Working Pattern & Benefits Office-based for the first 4–5 weeks (training period) Hybrid working thereafter ( minimum 2 days per week in the office , subject to performance) Pension scheme On-site parking available 25 days’ annual leave (pro rata) Why Apply?
