JD Europe is expanding its International Compliance team to investigate and resolve fraud affecting customers and the platform across UK and EU markets. You will address customer, payment, e-banking fraud, account takeover, and refund abuse, working with product, legal, payments and customer service to reduce fraud exposure at scale.
You'll triage cases by risk, support policy design, and analyze patterns to strengthen early detection and response.
