Buckden Partners is seeking a Real Estate Senior Associate to join our Credit Investment team. The role centers on hands-on portfolio and loan-by-loan monitoring of real estate bridge, development, PBSA, care, CRE and term deals, staying ahead of risk and deadlines.
You will contribute to deal evaluation, underwriting and execution, working with internal teams and external partners, and maintain rigorous cashflow models and performance insights.
