Deputy Head of Faculty Finance

Joining our supportive team will give you the opportunity to influence those at the cutting edge of world leading research. However, you won’t spend all your time number crunching - providing up-to-date financial information is a vital part of your role but the critical aspect is sharing this with our senior management team in a manner they understand and being able to influence their decision-making.

You will have a team of part qualified accountants to aid you in being the main point of financial advice and support, carrying out a range of professional accountancy tasks to assist in planning, monitoring budgets and decision making.

• To be successful you will be a qualified CCAB or equivalent accountant and comfortable working in a complex financial environment with excellent working knowledge of accounting systems and, ideally, you will have proven leadership skills.
