Finance Manager (Part-Time / Hybrid, 3–4 days)
Our client is a pioneering Web3 company building innovative solutions. They’re seeking a part‑time proactive, detail‑oriented Financial Accountant to support strategic growth and innovation. This is a high‑impact role offering autonomy from day one in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. This role will start as 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare statutory accounts and liaise with auditors
- Manage month‑end processes, journals, and reconciliations
- Conduct detailed P&L and cost centre analysis
- Support fiat and crypto payments
- Guide junior finance team members and collaborate across functions
- AAT or equivalent accounting qualification
- Experience with Xero and multi‑entity/multi‑currency environments
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and HMRC/VAT knowledge
- Cryptocurrency experience is a plus, but not essential
