Financial Controller

With flexible hours, hybrid working, and the chance to progress towards Finance Director.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

• Bringing insight and narrative to financial reporting, telling the story behind the numbers
• Leading and developing the finance team
• Overseeing month-end processes, including review and detailed analysis
• Rebuilding and improving cashflow forecasting, with monthly reforecasts and granular detail
• Identifying profitable ervice lines and providing board-level detail
• Managing intercompany loans and trading company pinch points
• Driving efficiencies and process improvements across finance operations
• Reviewing and developing processes
• Conducting regular 121s with the team and supporting longer-term growth plans

What you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role (Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Group Financial Controller)
• All rounder finance experience
• Comfortable with change and process improvement
• Ability to make a difference and drive progression
