Finance Assistant

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Processing invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements and keeping the bank accounts up to date
• Handling bank reconciliations for one main account
• Managing credit control, including sending out invoices and chasing payments by phone and email (with support from the FC)
• Supporting the day-to-day accountancy needs of the business

What you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role (Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Accounts Clerk, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with Xero (or similar accounting software)
• A full UK driver’s licence
• At least 1 year’s experience in finance
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to get on with people
• Ambition to progress and develop your career
