Financial Administrator - 1 year of experience needed West End (London) Wealth Management Firm Working with HNW & UHNW clients £30k - £35k basic salary plus bonuses 30 days annual leave  bank holidays and benefits My client are a Chartered independent wealth planning firm with offices near Piccadilly/West End (London). The business has 9 advisers and offer whole of market financial advice to UHNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners with a minimum of £5m invested, with the top clients holding £50m.

They give advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning and protections. They have very longstanding relations stretching back 20 years and generate all their new business through recommendation and referral only. The CEO is creating a brand-new role for a brand new Financial Administrator who is pragmatic, organised and can “muck in” with the office environment. The role will involve end to end financial administration working with UHNW clients.

You will be answering all queries, liaising with clients on behalf of their adviser, booking meetings and assisting with the preparation of all client meetings. You must be articulate, polished, confident and have the gravitas to speak to UHNW clients.

Experience with in a wealth management firm is essential and you must have a well rounded knowledge of pensions, investments, retirement planning strategies and tax efficiency strategies. If this role sounds of interest or any other roles I am working on please get in touch.
