Finance Graduate Based in Manchester City 5 days on site, Monday - Friday Paying £26,000 We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Finance Graduate to join a busy and supportive finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is starting out in their finance career and is keen to grow, develop new skills, and gain relevant qualifications.

You will play a key role in ensuring purchase invoices and employee expenses are processed accurately and on time, helping to maintain strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues across the business. Job Purpose To work as part of a fast-paced Purchase Ledger team, processing purchase invoices and employee expenses in a timely manner to ensure third-party suppliers and employees are paid promptly and without delay.

Key Responsibilities Managing the daily Purchase Ledger inbox and distributing invoices accordingly Accurately processing purchase invoices and credit notes Administering employee expenses in line with company policy Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries Booking accommodation and travel for field-based staff Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required About You A strong willingness to learn and develop Numerate with good attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to work well as part of a team Able to prioritise a demanding workload and work accurately in a busy environment Hard-working, focused, and enthusiastic If you're eager to learn, motivated to grow, and looking to build a long-term career in finance, we'd love to hear from you.
