Senior Management Accountant Wolverhampton (Hybrid) Salary: £50,000 Business Partnering | Commercial Insight About the Role We're seeking a commercially focused Senior Divisional Management Accountant to act as the lead financial partner for a key operational division within a national business. This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior stakeholders across operations and sales to drive business performance through accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and forward-looking financial planning.

What You'll Be Doing Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for your division Own delivery of weekly and monthly P&L reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines Provide insightful performance analysis, highlighting key variances vs budget, forecast, and prior periods Identify risks and opportunities, supporting operational improvements and cost control Partner closely with operational and commercial teams to support decision-making Prepare accruals and prepayments as part of month-end responsibilities Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required Travel to sites nationally to support and upskill non-finance stakeholders What We're Looking For Experience in a management accounting or finance business partnering role (typically 2-3 years) Qualified or studying towards a professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA) Strong Excel skills, comfortable working with large datasets Experience working with non-finance stakeholders Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy A proactive and inquisitive mindset, with confidence to challenge Full UK driving licence Key Skills & Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent attention to detail with a "right first time" approach Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively A collaborative team player with leadership potential Naturally curious, with a drive to understand the "why" behind the numbers Why Apply?
