• Deliver tailored financial advice aligned with client needs and objectives.

• Ensure full compliance with FCA and Quilter standards.

• Level 4 Financial Advice Qualification (e.g. DipFA or equivalent).
• Experience with in a restricted or independent model is preferred.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow and develop.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of compliance awareness.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ambitious, proactive, and collaborative.
