Are you an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst with a strong track record delivering actionable insights and improving financial planning processes?
FP&A Analyst – 12-Month FTC (Potential to Go Permanent)Hybrid – Southampton (1–2 days onsite per week)
£37,500 – 42,000k + 10% Bonus
We’re looking for someone to drive transformation in financial planning, including supporting the implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance forecasting accuracy and streamline budgeting.
What you’ll do:- Build and maintain robust financial models
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Collaborate with finance and business leadership to embed process improvements
Play a key role in Workday Adaptive Planning adoption
- FP&A experience in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver insights that influence decisions
- 12-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to go permanent
- 10% discretionary bonus
