An established Independent Financial Planning firm with an excellent reputation is looking for a Financial Planner to join its growing team.

Whether you are at the start of your adviser journey or have a few years of experience and are ready to take the next step, this opportunity offers regular leads, strong earning potential and a supportive team to help you progress.

You will have the opportunity to work with existing clients and receive regular leads each month, with the firm reporting a lead conversion rate of over 70%. Full paraplanning and administration support will allow you to focus on building relationships and delivering tailored advice.

  • Deliver tailored, independent financial advice that reflects each client’s needs and objectives.
  • Build lasting client relationships through excellent service and ongoing support.

  • Build professional connections and identify further opportunities to grow your client base.
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the firm.
The

Required Skills:
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
  • Competent Adviser Status is welcomed but is not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent client care.
  • A proactive approach and the ambition to develop your career.
  • An openness to using technology as part of a modern financial planning service.
