Lead Systems Accountant

An exciting opportunity for a finance-led systems professional to take ownership of One Stream and play a key role in improving the systems, data and processes that underpin Group Finance

This isn't a deeply technical One Stream development role. We're looking for someone who combines a strong understanding of accounting, consolidation and financial reporting with a natural interest in systems, data and process improvement.

As Lead Systems Accountant
, you'll become the key point of contact for One Stream across Finance, ensuring the platform supports accurate and efficient consolidation, reporting and month-end processes.

• Taking ownership of the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of One Stream
• Supporting Group consolidation, month-end and financial reporting
• Performing validation checks and ensuring the integrity of financial data
• Reviewing existing finance processes and identifying opportunities to streamline, automate and improve
• Challenging existing ways of working and helping Finance make better use of technology
• Supporting reporting, data mapping and integrations across the finance systems landscape
• Working closely with stakeholders across Finance and Technology
• Contributing to the longer-term finance systems roadmap and transformation agenda

• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge
• Experience of One Stream
• Good understanding of financial consolidation and Group reporting
• Experience working with finance systems, financial data and month-end processes
• Ability to understand both the finance requirement and the systems solution
• Confident communicating with and challenging stakeholders
