Central Bedfordshire Council seeks a Class 2 A Registered Building Control Surveyor to join our Building Control team. You will manage a varied caseload, ensuring safe and compliant buildings across urban and rural areas, with a hybrid mix of office hubs, site work and home working.
Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, enforcement and engaging with applicants, colleagues and regulatory partners, with regular site visits to CBC areas.
