Are you an experienced Nurse looking to take the next step in your career? Do you have proven experience working in a Nursing Home and a passion for delivering outstanding clinical care?

We are recruiting a Clinical Lead to join a well-established, high-quality nursing home in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse to step into a leadership role and make a real impact on resident care, clinical standards, and staff development.

As the Clinical Lead, you will ensure the highest standards of nursing and clinical governance across the home. Working alongside the Home Manager, you will support residents with complex needs, supervise the clinical team, and lead by example in delivering exceptional person‑centred care.

• Oversee clinical practice, ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations
• Lead, mentor, and support the nursing and care team
• Complete assessments, care plans and clinical audits
• Manage medication and clinical risk assessments
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of nursing care
• Work collaboratively with GPs, MDTs, families and external professionals
• Drive continuous improvement of clinical standards

• A valid NMC PIN (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
• Previous Nursing Home experience (essential)
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A genuine passion for high‑quality elderly care

£45,000 per annum
