Salary: £20.50 – £24.00 per hour + paid breaks + enhancements

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join a well-regarded nursing home in Southampton. This home delivers exceptional standards of care to elderly residents, including those living with dementia and complex health needs. As a key member of the clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care and ensuring the wellbeing of residents.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with best practice and clinical standards
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans
• Work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Support the wider care team with leadership, training, and guidance
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safeguarding and regulatory compliance

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) – active PIN required
• Excellent clinical knowledge and understanding of elderly care needs
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
