• Engage with adults who have learning disabilities, providing exceptional social work support.
• Confidently complete Community Deprivation of Liberty (DoL) work and manage associated court paperwork.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being and personal development of service users.
• Develop individual care plans and conduct regular assessments to monitor progress.
• Support the project aimed at addressing the backlog of individuals requiring a Community DoL.
• Communicate effectively with families and carers, ensuring everyone is informed and involved in decision-making processes.
• Advocate for the rights and needs of the individuals under your care, ensuring their voices are heard and valued.
