Paediatric Occupational Therapist – Hampshire
We're seeking a dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team across Hampshire, working with children and young people aged 2–25. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of neurodiverse young people while working flexibly across community settings.
About the RoleLocation: Farnborough, Basingstoke, Winchester, Southampton
Contract: Part-time (minimum 3 days) to Full-time | Long-term
Salary: Competitive rates aligned with NHS banding
What You'll Be Doing- Delivering occupational therapy to children and young people with predominantly autism, sensory processing differences, learning disabilities and co‑occurring needs
- Working across schools, homes and clinic settings to provide holistic, client‑centred support
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and producing high‑quality reports
- Contributing to Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) assessments and tribunal work
- Collaborating with families, educators and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
- Member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCoT)
- 2–4+ years' experience working with paediatric populations, particularly neurodiverse children and young people
- Strong assessment, report writing and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Experience with EHCP processes and tribunal work
- Confidence working independently across community settings
