We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Live-in Care Assistants to support clients in Southampton and surrounding areas.

The Role

As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will live in the client s home and provide personalised support with daily living tasks. This role is ideal for caring individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in someone s life.

Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Supporting with medication reminders
  • Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
  • Supporting mobility and independence
  • Assisting with shopping and appointments

Requirements
  • Previous care experience preferred (live-in or domiciliary care)
  • A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience supporting individuals with dementia, physical disabilities, or complex needs
