Senior MSK Physiotherapist

Are you an experienced MSK Clinician looking to advance in your career?

We are looking for a skilled and experienced MSK clinician to join our MSK Physiotherapy Outpatient department in Southampton. The team form part of a larger MSK service which takes pride in delivering high quality care and rehabilitation to the residents of Southampton, Portsmouth, IOW and Hampshire.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent clinical, communication and interpersonal skills. This role is based in Southampton where clinics run across a variety of locations within the city, including the Adelaide Health Centre, Bitterne Health Centre and the Stoneham Centre (Moorgreen Hospital). You will be working with a diverse population and exposed to a wide variety of MSK conditions within your caseload.

You will have opportunities to develop your four pillars of practice, working alongside specialists and exercise rehab instructors and benefit ting from an extensive professional development programme including regular clinical supervision and band 5 training sessions, CPD funding through our ACE academy, & support towards progressing in your career.

Interviews for this post will take place 4/9/2026. To make sure the interviews truly reflect the role this will be an all day exercise including a group assessment and OSCE exercises.
