Location:

Across Southampton, Hedge End and Eastleigh. Salary: £13.53 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

• Guaranteed hours:
  Permanent contracts for full-time and part-time roles
• Consistent shift patterns: 7:00am‑2:00pm, 4:00pm‑10:00pm and 6:00pm‑10:00pm;
  Alternate weekend working on a two‑week rota, 4 on 4 off rota

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person‑centred care to older adults across the Southampton area and help them regain independence in their own homes. Your duties include:

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Food shopping
• Companionship and emotional support

• Travel requirements:
  This is a community‑based role; drivers must have a full UK licence, own vehicle and business insurance
• You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
• Good English communication skills
• No experience needed – full training provided!
