Care Assistant

Location:

Across Southampton, Hedge End and Eastleigh. Salary: £13.53 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double‑time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person‑centred care to older adults across the Hedge End and help them regain independence in their own homes.

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Food shopping
• Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided!

• Guaranteed hours:
  Permanent contracts for full‑time and part‑time roles
• Consistent shift patterns: 7.00am–2.00pm, 4.00pm–10.00pm and 6.00pm–10.00pm; alternate weekend working on a two‑week rota and 4on4off rota
• Paid mileage at 40p per mile
