Baltimore Consulting is seeking a Team Manager – Adult Mental Health for a 3-6 month initial contract in the South East. Hybrid working, start ASAP. Daily rate £350-£400 inside IR35 via umbrella.
Lead an Adult Mental Health team, oversee workload and service delivery, and support staff to achieve positive outcomes for local residents. Requirements include Qualified Social Worker or SWE/HCPC registration, extensive leadership in Adult Social Care, and AMHP/mental health team experience.
