We are looking for caring and reliable Health Care Assistants / Care Assistants (Carers) to join our friendly Southampton team. Whether you already have care experience or are looking to start a career in Home Care, we would love to hear from you.

No experience is required - full paid training is provided.

• £14.80-£16.59 per hour weekdays (including holiday pay)
• £15.30-£17.15 per hour weekends (including holiday pay)
• 35p per mile mileage allowance
• Paid training before you start (£230 training bonus)

As a Home Care Assistant / Carer
, you will support clients with:

• Personal care
• Medication support
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Companionship and social support
• Light housekeeping and shopping
• Helping clients remain independent at home
• Keeping accurate care records

We offer flexible working patterns, including morning shifts
.

Typical shifts include:

• Morning shift: 7:00am - 1:00pm
• Split shifts: 9:30am - 1:00pm and 5:15pm - 10:00pm

You will start on a Flexible Hours Contract during your first 12 weeks while building your regular client schedule. There may be opportunities to move onto a Guaranteed Hours Contract for more consistent hours and earnings.

• Full UK driving licence
• Access to your own vehicle
