Community Care Worker (Female
* Driver) Southampton Home Care Support Worker / Domiciliary Care Assistant Flexible rota-based shifts available Monday to Sunday, including evenings and alternate weekends. From £13.00 per hour  Paid Travel Time (NLW) and Mileage (45p per mile) Make a real difference every day with Social Care in Action (SCA Care) a trusted social care provider supporting people across Southampton (Central, East & West).

We are recruiting Female Community Care Assistants with a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle to provide high-quality domiciliary care in the local community. Pay & Benefits From £13.00 per hour Paid travel time (National Living Wage) 45p per mile (business mileage) Guaranteed hour contracts available 6 weeks paid annual leave (incl. bank holidays) Paid birthday off Paid training (National Living Wage) QCF/NVQ qualifications (enhanced pay above Level

Essential Requirements
* Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement Equality Act 2010) Full, valid UK driving licence Access to your own vehicle with business insurance Right to work in the UK (no CoS available) Must live locally to Southampton area No previous care experience required full training provided. Experience in care, support work, healthcare, or domiciliary care is advantageous but not essential.
